Our personal training philosophy starts with developing a Personal Relationship. Every individual we coach has different personal fitness needs and goals. Whether you're stepping in the gym for the first time or a serious athlete, we develop a unique fitness program for you! Every personal training client starts with a Beardown Fitness Assessment to determine your level. This assessment is followed by a goal setting consult and accountability program. One of the main reasons our members call Beardown S&C a family is because of our Personal Trainers' dedication to your personal fitness goals. Group Training

Small Group Training at BearDown Strength and Conditioning displays the art of creating fun and effective class formats, whether it is within a small or large group setting. Participate in a fun class that pushes you to success and brings an energy to the room that keeps you coming back from more. Grab a friend or two (or three or four) and have a great group training experience!

Our proven sports performance programs are thoughtfully created to get teams and/or individual athletes to the top of their game! What separates us in sport performance training is experience. Our trainers are all athletes and they understand that becoming the best you can be goes deeper than an athlete's physical performance. Sports programs and athletes trust BearDown because of our commitment to the personal development of these aspiring athletes. We focus on full team training, small group training and one-on-one development. Workouts are thoughtfully planned and developed to help improve speed, agility, strength, conditioning, coordination, endurance, and specific sport movements.
